1- Sign-up as a "Guardian Landlord".
2- We perform a site inspection per Credit Bureaus requirements within 7 days.
3- Log-in with your new password to our secured server and fill out your new tenant application and submit online.
4- You will get instant response with: credit report , background check and the "Rent Guarantee" policy and premium ready to accept, pay for and print. The rent guarantee is automatically underwritten and processed from the application data, the Credit Report data, the Background Check, and other factors. Every tenant is approved for a minimum of 3 month rent guarantee. You will have the opportunity to select other approved coverage ( both in term and options) prior to finalizing and printing.
5- Print 2 copies of the "Rent Guarantee Policy" , and the application.
6- Have the Tenant Sign the Application and the Rent Guarantee protection forms.

7- Send us an original copy of the signed documents ( Please Use Blue Ink) with:
A-Lease agreement.
B-Photo ID of the Tenant.
C-Proof of up front first month rent payment.
