Landlord legal expense assurance can cover a number of situations such as recovery of rent arrears, recovering costs associated with malicious damage or neglect by tenant. In addition they can be used to cover legal expenses involved in evicting problem tenants or tenants illegally occupying the property.
Stand alone legal expense coverage "Guardian Action"does not provide a rent guarantee. Should you require a rent guarantee policy, this will incur additional costs, and you will have to Screen the tenant using our tenant Screening and evaluation service "Guardian Check".
This service is included in all Executive Rent Guarantees". Gold and Platinum members, can purchase the service as a stand-alone service when warranted. Please refer to the following table for pricing.
