There are several requisites prior to application:

1- Five years minimum management experience in any one of property categories.

2- Spotless performance record with a minimum of five industry references.

3- Conform to all licensing requirements.

4- Be bondable and insurable.

5- Verifiable credentials with personal and corporate references.

6- Adequate business support and infrastructure.

7- One year Membership as an Executive Member.

8- Must have an Average of 98% Occupancy.
